Becky Hatchett

Introducing Becky

Becky Hatchett is a socially engaged practitioner and experienced facilitator with over 20 years expertise in creative direction, visual storytelling, service design, and participatory engagement. While her work spans sectors, her core passion lies in empowering others to create meaningful change through visual communication and effective collaboration.

Her service offer ranges from structured facilitation and workshop design to bespoke illustration and animation — all aimed at helping clients communicate complex ideas, engage diverse audiences, and foster inclusive dialogue. Becky supports individuals, teams, and organisations to break away from convention and explore new ways of engaging, imagining, and innovating.

She has collaborated with a broad spectrum of clients, from grassroots organisations to global charities, with a particular focus on initiatives in the environmental, educational, and social sectors. Known for her dynamic and inclusive approach, Becky creates both spaces and visual outputs where all voices are seen, heard, and valued.

Becky holds academic and vocational qualifications in Art & Design, Teaching, Person-Centred Counselling, Mental Health First Aid, Transactional Analysis, and Safeguarding. She is committed to continuous learning, regularly developing her practice through training, peer exchange, and emerging methodologies.

Alongside her client work, she maintains a personal art practice, exploring themes of nature, identity, and connection through drawing, painting, printmaking, and the use of natural or found materials.
