Introducing Becky

Supporting her clients to Design → Develop → Facilitate → Capture → Share

For over 20 years, Becky has designed and facilitated creative processes for organisations across the corporate, public, higher education and community sectors. Her work helps people strengthen relationships, shape strategy, engage communities and make complex ideas easier to explore and communicate.

With a background spanning art, design, teaching and psychodynamic approaches, Becky brings a creative, participatory and human-centred approach to her work. She designs processes, tools, activities that encourage curiosity and contribution, facilitates groups and conversations, and finds engaging visual ways to capture and share what emerges.

Alongside her practice, Becky is undertaking an MA in Art, Psyche and the Creative Imagination, a Jungian-informed programme exploring creativity, symbolism and imagination as ways of making meaning and navigating complexity.

Becky particularly enjoys working where there isn’t necessarily a neat answer at the outset — bringing people together around a question, challenge or possibility and creating the conditions for new ideas and shared understanding to emerge.

As part of the Drawesome network, she brings extensive experience in creative facilitation, participatory engagement, visual storytelling and co-design.
