Facilitation is an increasingly important part of our members’ practices. We are interested in working with project teams at the early stages of proposal development — when ideas are still forming and there is space to think imaginatively about direction, participation and impact. Bringing creative practice into a project at this stage helps strengthen both the proposal itself and the work that follows.

Our collective experience working across climate action, culture, community development, health and civic engagement has shown that creativity can play a practical and strategic role in shaping strong and coherent funding applications — not just in how projects are presented, but in how they are conceived, designed and delivered. 

Rather than being commissioned at the end to produce creative outputs, we are keen to increase the impact of our involvement by contributing as development and delivery partners — helping our clients to explore possibilities, clarify ideas and design approaches that are imaginative, strategic, grounded, participatory and achievable.
